SUMMARY

the poetess shirley toulson looks at a photograph it is her mother picture in which her mother was a little girl of around twelve year or so at that time. In the photograph she is on a beach with two of her girl cousin. Each of the cousins is holding one of the hand of the poet's mother who is older than them. the cousins are younger than her. it is evident from the images that at that time wind was blowing an the beach, this is indicated by the fact that the hair was flying on the girls' faces and they were very happy. Their smiles could be seen even through the hair. They were smiling at the person who were taking that snap at that time
